- Please wear warm clothing. We provide additional gear for extra protection, but it’s best to dress warm.
- The maximum capacity of one sleigh is 2 adults + 1 child.
- If you are not a hotel guest and do not need a pick-up service, please be at Star Arctic Hotel Reception 10-15 minutes before the activity starts.
Terms & Conditions
- The northern lights are a natural phenomenon and can be unpredictable. Our evening safaris offer a chance to witness them, but we cannot guarantee their appearance.
- The exact duration may vary according to weather and the number of participants. All listed excursions are subject to changes due to any conditions cause by force majeure.
- All weekly excursions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance before the starting time.
- All excursions are non-refundable and non-changeable inside 7 days before the starting time.
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if the booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event.
