This guided snowshoe adventure takes you on a fun walk around our home fell, Kaunispää.
We’ll take you off the beaten path, above the treeline, at a pace perfectly suited to your group. Experience the felltop in all its glory: no crowds, only serene landscapes as far as the eye can see, and the sound of snow crunching beneath your feet as you trek across the white, powdery slopes.
As a felltop adventure, this tour might be filled with sunshine and fresh snow, or it may feel more like an expedition through the elements—but it is always an authentic Arctic experience full of “wow” moments!

Please note
- Minimum age of participant is 3 years, but all participants must be able to walk by themselves.
- If you are not a hotel guest and do not need a pick-up service, please be at Star Arctic Hotel Reception 10-15 minutes before the activity starts.
- Please wear warm clothing. We provide additional gear for extra protection, but it’s best to dress warmly.
Terms & Conditions
- All weekly excursions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance before the starting time.
- All excursions are non-refundable and non-changeable inside 7 days before the starting time.
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if the booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event.
- Star Arctic Activities reserves the right to make changes to the excursions without prior notice and the right to stop the excursions due to sudden change of weather conditions, by the dangerous behaviour of any participant or any other conditions cause by force majeure.
