Please note
- Dress warmly. We recommend wearing warm, layered clothing, including thermal undergarments, a cosy jacket, gloves, a hat, and sturdy, insulated footwear. If the northern lights make an appearance, you'll be stepping outside the car to capture the moment, so staying warm is essential.
- Charge your devices. Be sure to fully charge your mobile phones and cameras before the tour. Cold temperatures can drain batteries quickly, and you’ll want your devices ready for all the amazing photos!
Terms & Conditions
- If you are not a hotel guest and do not need a pick-up service, please be at Star Arctic Hotel Reception 10-15 minutes before the activity starts.
- The exact duration may vary according to weather and the number of participants.
- The vehicle used for the activity varies according to number of passengers. Please note, it may be a bus or a van.
- The northern lights are a natural phenomenon and can be unpredictable. Our evening safaris offer a chance to witness them, but we cannot guarantee their appearance.
- All weekly excursions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance before the starting time.
- All excursions are non-refundable and non-changeable inside 7 days before the starting time.
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if the booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event.
- All listed excursions are subject to changes due to weather conditions, or any other conditions cause by force majeure.
