Star Arctic Hotel is a unique, family-owned hotel located in Saariselkä, Finland. Our hotel is located at the top of Kaunispää Fell, offering breathtaking views of the Arctic landscape. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a truly unique environment where the beauty of northern nature surrounds you every day.
Our hotel resort features 69 rooms in various categories and, during the peak season, is brought to life by a dedicated team of up to 70 professionals. Our guests enjoy warm, personalized service, delicious northern delicacies, and cozy rooms – all combined with a variety of outdoor adventures, from husky safaris to aurora hunting. We are committed to sustainability and offering an authentic Arctic experience in the heart of Lapland.
Just a short distance from the hotel lies the heart of our winter activities: the Wilderness Centre. Surrounded by the untouched beauty of Lapland’s nature, this is where unforgettable Arctic adventures begin. From there you’ll also find the cozy wilderness restaurant, complete with an open fire and stories of the North.
