We always tailor a conference package to your needs, including the conference space, activity packages (for some fun!), transportation, accommodation packages with welcome gifts as well as dinner packages. The packages above are examples, and each package will be fully tailored for your group. If wished to have a conference in December-March time, our Hanki conference space is available.

The biggest conference area, KINOS is at the main building’s restaurant area.
The meeting area will be separated with curtains from the rest of the restaurant area and this conference area and seats 40 people. For special and bigger events we also rent the whole restaurant area (November & April or according to availability). This beautiful, bright room has also high, floor to ceiling windows facing south and it is located on the floor level of our main building. It is equipped with air-conditioning, modern audio and video equipment, wireless internet and of course, the traditional conference amenities. Possible to add lunch or dinner to the package, enquire for more details and we will tailor a package for you!


In our Wilderness Restaurant we have private cabinet HANKI, available throughout our opening season. This space is ideal for conferences in natural Arctic environment, next to our reindeer farm and views to forests and pond. Hanki has all required conference equipment and seats up to 30 people. For this package it is possible also to add activities at our Wilderness Center, lunch or Wilderness Dinner as well as the transportation from the hotel to the area, which is only 15-minute drive away.
