HOTEL - RECEPTION
We are looking for a reliable and service-minded Night Receptionist to be the face of our guest experience during evening and night hours. You are comfortable working independently, maintaining a calm and professional approach, and enjoy providing excellent service to guests.
In this role, you will create a welcoming and secure environment for our guests, ensure smooth overnight operations, and be available to assist with any needs that may arise.
You should have a strong attention to detail, even during late hours. Our Night Receptionists monitor bookings, prepare schedules for upcoming guests, and handle other administrative tasks throughout the night.
As the role involves working overnight shifts, it is important that you are comfortable and experienced in working during night-time hours.
What we expect from you:
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent focus and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service, with strong proactive problem-solving skills
- A customer-centric approach
- Previous experience in a night reception role and a solid understanding of overall hotel operations
- Experience using Mews and FareHarbor systems
Fluent English skills, as English is the working language
What we offer:

- A fixed-term employment contract with full hours (90h / 3 weeks) for the winter season from November until the end of March – the exact starting and ending dates will be confirmed

RESTAURANT KAUNIS - SERVICE

We are looking for a person with an energetic and positive attitude who shares our passion for excellent customer service and understands what creates a perfect dining experience. For us, exceptional service is just as important as great food. You bring both personality and professionalism to every interaction.
What we expect from you:
- A passion for providing personalized, high-quality experiences for every guest
- Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork abilities
- A can-do attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in à la carte and buffet service
- Experience and confidence in bartending
- Fluent English skills, as both our guests and team are international
- Previous experience working in a seasonal role in Northern Finland is considered an advantage

HOTEL - HOUSEKEEPING
In this role, you play an important part in ensuring our guests can enjoy clean, comfortable, and welcoming rooms every single day. The work requires an efficient and detail-oriented approach, but also flexibility and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
Our hotel is located on top of a stunning fell, where weather conditions can change quickly. Our rooms are in separate buildings, so the job requires moving outdoors in all weather conditions. At Star Arctic, work does not stop because of wind or snowstorms, so a positive attitude and the ability to adapt are essential in every situation. Even during busy winter days, there is always room for fun – the team truly makes the difference.
We are hiring for the Christmas season only – the employment period will run from mid-November until the end of December.
A category B driving license is required, as the job involves moving around the property by car.
What we are looking for:
- A detail-oriented and reliable housekeeper with a relaxed attitude and team spirit
- An efficient and proactive approach to daily tasks
- A careful working style and uncompromising attitude towards quality
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services
- Experience using the Mews hotel system is considered an advantage
- Good English language skills – English is used daily in our work environment
- A valid category B driving license
What we offer:
